Segment 1
Braking Point | Gear | Minimum speed |
259 metres before the apex | 3 | 146 km/h |
As you approach the first corner, focus on your braking technique. Begin braking at the 259-meter mark, gradually applying the brakes to slow the car down to the minimum speed of 146 km/h. Maintain a steady throttle application through the corner, allowing the car to rotate and find the apex. Once you've reached the apex, gradually increase your throttle input to accelerate out of the corner. Remember to keep the car in 3rd gear throughout this segment. By mastering the braking and throttle control, you'll be able to carry more speed through the corner and set yourself up for a strong exit onto the next straight.
