Segment 11
Braking Point | Gear | Minimum speed |
96 metres before the apex | 2 | 102 km/h |
As you approach the corner, focus on your braking point. Begin braking approximately 96 meters before the apex to bring your speed down to the ideal minimum of 102 km/h. Maintain a steady brake pressure through the turn-in, and gradually transition to the throttle as you reach the apex. Be patient with the throttle application, allowing the car to stabilize before applying full power on the exit. Remember to keep the car in 2nd gear throughout this corner. By following this technique, you'll be able to carry good speed through the left-hand turn and set yourself up well for the next section of the track.
