Segment 1
Braking Point | Gear | Minimum speed |
141 metres before the apex | 4 | 144 km/h |
As you approach this right-hand corner, focus on your braking point. Begin braking at around 141 meters before the apex to set up your entry speed. Aim to carry as much speed as possible through the corner while maintaining control. As you turn in, gently trail the brakes to help the car rotate and stabilize. Once you reach the apex, smoothly apply the throttle to power out of the corner, being mindful of any delay in throttle application to allow the car to settle. Remember to keep the car in the appropriate gear throughout the corner. By executing this corner with precision, you'll be able to carry excellent speed and momentum onto the next straight. Keep practicing this technique to improve your overall lap time.
